In segment 1 there's a link to Interpreting the Gospel of John by Gary Burge. I'm told I don't own the resource. However I do own the prior edition of the resource. Is there a way to make the links work for the prior edition, or are the readings that different in the newer edition?

I have both editions. There are differences between the two, but not so substantial that you won't benefit from the earlier edition. The text in NT221 gives you the chapter heading. It should be fairly easy to work out which chapter is the one to read in the first edition (although the first edition doesn't have the chapter referred to in segment 1).
