Licensing question about m.ed

I am thinking about taking some of the pastors on our staff through some of the m.Ed courses.  Do I need to buy a course/license for each pastor, or can I buy one and show the video to all of them?  Thanks.

I'm not sure what the licensing is on the Logos based m.Ed courses are, I'm sure someone will comment soon. But they do have a few on DVD that specifically mention church and small groups. https://www.logos.com/products/search?q=dvd
