Noet Indexer Not Launching on Mac

I'm trying to finish downloading my library resources and index my library using Noet for Mac on my MacBook Pro (2011) running OS X Yosemite (10.10.1). However, the Noet Indxer is not launching in the Mac menu bar. When I open Activity Manager on OS X, I'm seeing a LogosECF Not Responding.

For now, it "seems" to be working on my iMac with a similar config.

What do I need to do in order to finish downloading my resources and index them on my Mac? "Update Now" doesn't make it fire either.

I've forgotten how to fully enable logging on my Mac for Logos and Noet, so let me know if I need to enable it and post logs.
