Why I rarely check out Faithlife Ebooks website anymore
For several months, it has not been possible to sort Faithlife's Ebooks by lowest to highest while logged into my account. I used to check out the books several times a week, pick up those that were free and on sale. However, now I'll go weeks without checking out the website. This is long over due and needs to be fixed.

I think it is offensive to common sense that when you search for a book on Logos.com, if they only have it on the ebooks site, it doesn't show on the search results. It's a bit like the fact that faithlife connect has been hidden for ages (you can only find it if you know its there already). Are they trying to sell stuff or send customers away? I really want them to succeed!

With Vyrso, I did preplanned forays. Looked at the new titles, + sales.
Faithlife books: I visit as a random maybe. I catch an email re sales, or a forumite says a book has a reduced price.
Its not quite fix or forget, but its close.

I don't have a problem with lowest to highest using https://ebooks.faithlife.com/search?context=product&sortBy=price-low&limit=60&unlocked=no&page=1 but I sure wish unlocked=no worked. Customers shouldn't have to beg for a working website but Logos obviously doesn't make (or lose) enough money to care about the sorry state of Faithlife Ebooks.

At least with the introduction of a Wishlist it's now possible to put all those books you want to buy in one place. I also then search this link daily to see if there are books on sale I might be interested in.

Thanks for your patience! The NEW search function is now live on Faithlife Ebooks!! You can find your favorite author by searching their name, find a book by the title, or use faceted search, on the left of the page, for a listings of books by genre, author, publisher, language, or combination of various facets. Use the Sort By dropdown, on the right, to find newest, sales, or price order titles. Check it out! Find a new Faithlife Ebooks title today!

Deborah one of my main concerns was not being able to filter out books in a search I already own. Has this been addressed?

Not complaining. I just decided to give it a whirl (1st try combines almost no orders, 'almost there', and 'shipping soon').

No. And although I'm probably known for being a "fanboy" of the Vyrso/FL Ebooks store, I don't find any reason to be enthusiastic about the changes. There are some more facets, that basically seems to be it.
- We can't order the ~700 PrePubs (which nearly all appear in "Shipping soon" and in "Under Contract" as well) by projected Shipping date, or by Completion.
- We still can't reliably search for character strings like "God's Love".
- Data quality is bad: of the 53 books authored by John D. Barry (noting in passing that I still feel it's absurd to have all those Logos resources clutter the eBook store without the ability to differentiate them), the facets claim 3 are in Greek and 3 are in Hebrew, respectively. Actually those are the same three, two bundles and a guide which all are English language and may discuss Greek and Hebrew to some extent - this is bad tagging in itself, and it is inconsistent with the tagging of those books in the Logos library. Anyway, that leaves exactly 38 in English - huh?
- Speed is ........... wait for it.

Seems like a silly question, but i need help finding where to access my wish list for ebooks. I know how to add items to the wish list, but I do not see the wish list in my profile on the top right hand corner. I see order history etc, but not the wishlist. Thus I have added to the wishlist but have no idea what is on my wishlist because I cannot find how to access it.

Somehow they didn't implement that the way it works on Logos.com. You can see (some? all?) items from your wishlist in the bottom part of the Shopping Cart.

Why that would be the case is beyond me.

Not a silly question at all, we are working on a better solution for this. Sorry for the trouble! Others provided the direct link to you, but you can also navigate there if you click on Order History and then use the sidebar to get to Wish Lists. (I'm not saying that's intuitive, just offering it as an option while we work on a better solution.)

Thanks. The obvious best solution would be to have it in the same place setting as the Logos wishlist, meaning, on the drop down list under our name in the top right hand corner
