Word-by-word indicator in Greek

I’m not seeing the word-by-word indicator when the Greek text is read out loud in Logos 8.
Ages ago, I purchased the Greek New Testament audio option. It included a karaoke ball bouncing from word to word to show where we’re up to.The sound plays, but the word-indicator doesn't show.
Should this still work?
Logos 8.0.0.0562 on Windows 10 (64-bit).
