November Free Book not free

There are several posts about this in "General."
I have tried various ways to get the November Verbum free book. Books #1 and #2 stay full price in all the ways I try to buy them. Book #3 ($4.99) is properly discounted and I bought it. One of the sale books ($4.99) was also properly discounted and I bought it.
Please fix the glitch.
