Reading plans have disappeared form Logos 8 Mobile App
My reading plans have disappeared from Logos 8 app and there is only an option to add preset plans. There is no option to add plans created on the desktop application.

Hi doc
There is no option to add plans created on the desktop application.
I didn't have any reading plans defined and so have just created one on the desktop - NIV RP
This automatically created a card on the mobile homepage (iPhone). I deleted it and it now appears in the Add Reading Plan menu
Do you see any of your desktop-created reading plans in that menu?

Bump.,, I would appreciate FL looking into this as my existing reading plans that were on the previous version of Logos Mobile (iOS) still are not showing up.
Thanks Graham for trying it yourself but not working for me.

Thanks Alan, I appreciate it, I know you all are extremely busy at the moment. As of tonight still not syncing existing plans.
I will see what I can find for you, doc.

doc, I checked with the mobile team. They said this behavior might happen if the app has not had enough time to download all the necessary information and set up your local library.
I'm still looking into it, but I'm wondering if given a bit more time if those items appeared for you yet.

Hi Alan,
Thanks for getting back to me. I have been on the new app about four days now and they have not come through. All that is showing is a reading plan to add is one old plan out of my active plans.
All my other active plan's are not showing as options to add. The red circle ones are the ones I am actually using currently i.e have cards on the desktop app home page, and would expect to show up in the mobile app.

I think we have reproduced your issue. It appears that your application is taking an unusually long time to sync your data. We tried syncing here on some test devices and saw times upwards of 30-50 minutes. [:(] A big part of this seems to be resyncing all of your notes in the new notes system to your device. The reading plan sync is waiting on the notes to finish.
We are looking into what might be causing the slowness, but right now I suggest first trying to restart the application to see if the data is there but hasn't refreshed. If it's still not there, leave the app running connected to wifi and give it more time to sync. Our times might even be lower than yours given your location.
I'm really sorry that the sync is taking this long. We are looking at ways we might be able to improve this situation in later releases.
Keep me posted on whether the sync completes or not.

Ok Alan, thanks for digging into, I had restarted the app as there had been an update to 8.01 of the app, I give it more time. It's hard during the week to remain connected to Wi-Fi as I am at work or commuting and don't have Wi-Fi access and so rely on 4G. It should be connected to Wi-Fi more of the weekend but not all of the weekend. I have also turned off auto-lock in case that causes any issues with the sync stopping - have no idea if it would done anyway.

doc, is that the Horner Reading plan you have set up there!?
If so I'd be interested to know how you have it set up and if it works as the plan should (with each set starting over once completed). I've used the Horner plan previously but gave up on having it in Logos due to the complexity of it!

Hi Alan,
None or the existing reading plans have come down to my mobile app I deleted one of them and recreated it and it synced to my mobile app approximagely 24 hours later.
it looks like I am going to have to delete all my existing plans and create new ones to get them to sync.

Ruchard when you reach the end of a list you just reset the start date to the next day and begin working through that list again. I have put Ps 119 in a separate list and set is to be read over 22 sessions. It breaks evenly into 8 verses per reading which follows the divisions in the Psalm.

I have the same problem. I have a reading plan on my desktop that fails to show up on the app. I had it on the previous version of the app.

Over the last few days, I have created two reading plans for recently purchased / just come out of prepub resources.
They both appear under Reading plans, but the one for “reading the Bible with rabbi Jesus” doesn’t appear on the homepage.
This is with Logos 8.0.8
Any further development in working out what is going on here?
Thanks, Graham
EDIT: After reading today's portion of the plan on my iPad - I started in the resource at the appropriate marker and then tapped the end marker in the normal way - the reading plan now appears on my homepage on the iPad!
