I have tried selecting the note icon against many bible verses but none of them actually open up or show my notes. Is this a bug or is this feature not available in the Web app?

Yes. I was actually accessing the Web app on an iPad Pro using a Safari. I tried it also using Chrome but still could not see any of the notes.
However, when I tried it on a Windows laptop using Edge the notes show instantly when I click on the icon by the verse.

Still not able to access my notes in Webapp on iPad. The following screenshot shows an extract from my Bible with note indicators. Touching them with either finger or iPad pencil results in absolutely nothing happening.
i finally think I’ve lost the will to live. I bought myself a nice new shiny iPad, at great cost, and find that I was better off with Logos 7 on my old iPaD.
I’m just a basic user of Logos, not digging deep into the original languages, just basic bible study and reading. The number of bugs I am coming across is really bad. I appreciate that a lot of work has gone into Logos and that 8 is a big improvement on 7. However, it seems like it was rushed and pushed out a bit too soon.
Hope these bugs get ironed out quickly.

Just curious, is there a reason you are using the web app and not the iOS app which would be native to that device and likely work better?
I switched to the web app because of problems I was having with the iPad app.
However, I’ve switched back to the app now and will see how that goes.
