Verbum "Unable to Connect" error
I've been using Verbum desktop on Windows 10 for years, and all of the sudden I'm unable to log in. Details below:
- Verbum 7 screen pops up, disappears, then a window indicating "Unable to Connect" is displayed
- If I click "Work Offline" the program crashes
- Windows 10 is fully up to date
- VerbumCrash.txt is showing error 1355 (Error detail: KeyNotFoundException: The key was not found in the collection)
- Verbum.log is showing:
- Error ApplicationUtility Error building request (POST https://auth.logos.com/oauth/v1/users/signin?allowSession=False). ~WebException: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.
- Error WebServiceClient There was an error while signing in: Error building request. Request: POST https://auth.logos.com/oauth/v1/users/signin?allowSession=False
Anyone have a solution to this problem?
Thank you!

----------We recently implemented some server-side security changes that require TLS 1.2, which is only supported by the latest Logos 7 desktop software: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/173472.aspx
Please make sure you're running the latest version of Logos 7 by installing it from: https://www.logos.com/install-logos-7

Though the Verbum install would be found here. Sorry I forgot that there was a separate installer.

That solved it.
Thank you!
