Trying to Open Next Tab via Keyboard but the Shortcut seems to Use a Random Order
I'm trying to use the keyboard to activate the next tab in my layout. I've tried two keyboard shortcuts I've found (Ctrl+Tab, and Shift+Cmd_+[) however the order Logos uses to cycle through the tabs does not make any sense to me. In my case I have a two panel layout and each panel has different tabs. When I use the keyboard shortcut it switches back and forth between panels activating tabs. I would have expected it to cycle through the tabs in one panel before going to another panel and to do the tabs in one panel in order. However, it seems to randomly active tabs which takes a lot of unnecessary time and keystrokes if I'm just trying to activate the tab next tot he current resource I'm working in. Is there something I'm missing here or is this a bug?

Try these - from the help file
- Ctrl+F6 – Switch keyboard focus to next panel
- Ctrl+Shift+F6 – Switch keyboard focus to previous panel
- Ctrl+Page Up – Switch to previous tab
- Ctrl+Page Down – Switch to next tab

Thank you but I don't have a page up/page down on my keyboard and Ctrl+F6 does not work for me (I'm on a Mac). The typical Mac equivalent Cmd+F6 doesn't work either.

I concur. I believe I have an explanation for the behavior. To replicate:
- Close all tabs/panels.
- Open a resource.
- Open new resources by dragging them to the SAME pane as the first resource. Make sure the tabs are in the order of opening.
When I do this, shift-control-tab scrolls through the tabs in the order that they were OPENED while control-tab scrolls through the tabs in reverse order that they were.
EDIT: After moving the tabs around, they don't seem to stick to the same order anymore (despite the new arrangement).

I did find what I was looking for by looking under the sidebar TOC ("advanced").
I didn't search - I knew that these were under the Advanced area.

Apologies - I assumed Windows when I shouldn't have done

Found the answer for Mac on another page!
" It sounds like you want to use Shift+Cmd+] and Shift+Cmd+[ "

Now how to change that back to normal Control-Tab...
