Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Thanks for posting logs - but they don't quite give us what we need.
The LogosCrash file shows a crash occurring at 15:49:55 and the Logos.log file - which would give more information - starts at 15:51.42
So I'm assuming you restarted Logos before uploading the log file (which causes Logos to overwrite it).
It's also interesting that - according to that log - there wasn't any problem. Is Logos sometimes crashing and other times working ok?
Assuming I am correct about restarting Logos before uploading logs, the next time Logos crashes please upload a new set of logs before trying to restart

It is connected with Workflows, so what are you doing when it crashes.
It appears to happen when I load an inductive Bible study I began.5618.Logos Log Files 1.23.19.zip
Hopefully, I did the log file properly this time
Also, as in the Guides tab, I see options for Passage Guide, Bible Word Study, Exegetical Guide, and Topic Guide... but not one for Inductive Bible Study - only the started workflows??
You can pin Guides / Workflows to that top area as below
Yeah, the only problem is that "Workflows" and, in particular, "Inductive Bible Study" aren't to be found in Guides. I can't find them anywhere now since the crash... only "Started Workflows" "Inductive Bible Study" for 2 passages (as indicated in previous screenshot) and they cause Logos to crash upon opening.

That sounds very strange - please post a screenshot using the paperclip icon in the forum editor.

is it possible that you lost your access rights to the Workflow feature (such as returning an L8 base package, or end of a FL Connect subscription)?
Software shouldn't crash in such a situation, but it sounds like a possible explanation for what you see.
Problem solved. A Faithlife subscription expired, which I was unaware of.
