Where is recorded audio media kept?

I would like to know where to recorded audio files are kept on my drive, AND, also, how do I clear audio recordings from the "Recordings" list within proclaim. 

I see that the recordings stack up, as you pass over the recording cues. They even stay there after you've exited Proclaim. But I'd like to delete/remove the recordings that were mistakes from the list for simplification purposes. 

I see no option for cleaning up my recording list, nor do I see where they are being stored on my computer.
