Soundfaith iframe broken?

When I add the plugin to my website or any website I have access to, the iframe loads, but doesn't allow files to be played.
This is the code I am inserting: <div style="width: 100%; max-width: 600px; max-height: 705px;"><div style="position: relative; padding-bottom: calc(56.25% + 368px); width: 100%;"><iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="no" allowfullscreen src="https://sermons.faithlife.com/embed/profile/7307289/recent?includePlaylist=true" style="position: absolute; top: 0; left: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;"></iframe></div></div>
I have also used the soundfaith wordpress plugin.
Here is the website I am loading it on: www.glnaz.com/sermons
I can create a plain HTML file on my computer with the provided code, and I get the same response on Chrome and Edge browsers.
Is it broken? Or is it me?

Hey Nick,
We'll investigate this and figure out what the cause is, but may not be until tomorrow.
Interesting that the Wordpress plugin didn't work.0 -
Thanks Matt. I feel like I've been asking a lot, and I am really appreciative of how responsive the Proclaim team is. You guys are great.
I've used both Wordpress plugins and the HTML. The fact that I can plug the HTML into a plain HTML file and it is still broken leads me to think that there may be an issue with the player. I appreciate that you're looking into it.

Hey Nick,
Did you change anything last night perhaps?
It looks like its playing now from your website. And the console errors I was seeing last night aren't there anymore.0 -
I didn't make any changes, but it is working for me too. Great!

I'm having additional issues today that might lend some clarity to the first ones.
Last week's sermon plays fine on the website, but this week's does not. This week's sermon plays fine on the Faithlife website, but not in the iframe on my website. However, last week's sermon plays fine.
Is it possible that it is taking longer to process for use on my website than it is on Faithlife's website? Or another reason that might explain why the iframe works for previous sermons but not the current sermon?
I'm going to guess that it will all be working by tomorrow morning, similar to last time.0 -
One more observation:
Two hours after uploading the sermon, I noticed that while it plays on the Faithlife website, it also still shows that it is processing (circled in the image below). At this time it still isn't playing on the website.
How long should processing take?
Two thoughts come to mind: First, two hours of processing is unreasonably long. Granted, you have a lot of people uploading sermons and all on Sundays - but that's a very long time. Second, if the file hasn't processed, it shouldn't show up in the player on my church's website. As it is now, the title of the sermon is there, but the audio is unable to play, and it makes the web player seem broken (as I originally thought).
Also - this was our second week of using Proclaim in a live setting. It is fantastic. We love it.

You are correct that the processing will likely take longer than 2 hours, but will be fully processed by tomorrow. This is something we are always trying to improve to hopefully speed up how long that takes.
I'll forward your suggestions regarding not showcasing the sermon until it's complete to the developers as a potential improvement to be made, along with the embedded player.

If processing has anything to do with compressing and rendering the file for proper size, bitrate and format - I would love the option to speed it up by allowing my computer to do it instead of your server. I'd check the box that provided that option!
