If you manually change the panel scaling of a resource from the panel menu, then changes to the global content scaling will not affect that resource. In order to reset this, you need to go the resource's panel menu and change the scaling back to default (or if it's already default, move it off default, then back to default again). Then global scaling changes will affect the resource.
Yeah, I dont think this is it. I was experimwnting with the set text command right before (literally, minutes before) I updated to 8.3, and all my text was scaling. I closed logos, opened it again and it updated to 8.3. I did the exact same stuff and nothing scaled.
For me it seems to be resource-dependent.
Changing the scaling does change how the ESV is displayed but not the NIV2011 - this is on Windows 10
