FREECLASSICMAR doesn't work
That's apparently not the right code for this month.
The code was given to me by email.

I'm having the same issue. Also I'm wondering if this code will work for 3 titles this month as Logos has stated it would or only one. The email I received had no mention of the 3 titles.
Also it would be nice to receive these emails just before the month begins. If we don't grab up titles with the coupon code we lose the benefit at the end of the month, and it seems a little disingenuous that Logos waits till the 6th to send them out, giving everyone less time to grab them up.

This month's correct code does work to get three Classic titles for free. Note that all three Classic books must be included in the same purchase, as the coupon code is one-use only.

Part of the reason why the email was incorrect. I haven't received the correct email yet, but I expect it will clarify this.
The Connect site does mention that you can get three books for free, along with a link to the books you can choose from.

Could you define "each of you"? I have received neither the original nor the corrected version of the email yet. I haven't received Connect emails since about October/November. I have reported it multiple times. The most recent: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/178415.aspx. Other users have also reported not getting these emails that we have signed up for. If it were just me, I wouldn't care. But it's been reported by many others who have not received the monthly emails nor the special emails that went out last month. Is there any hope of ever getting this fixed, or at least acknowledged?

All Connect Subscribers were sent the email and are recipients of the emails we send out communicating the monthly newsletter, benefits updates and other special offers on a regular basis. I don't know why you or some of the others are not receiving the email. It could be a variety of reasons, strong spam filter or if there ever was a time that you unsubscribed, that could be a reason as well. I know it may be an extra step, but I would work with support to see if they could help recover getting your emails to send. I'm not prescribing this solution, however changing your email address, may be solution to that problem. Support is best equipped to help rectify the situation.
I will also do some due-diligence on my end to check our email provider and look into this further.

I use gmail. Nothing filtered to spam. I used to receive them. It may be coincidental or related, but I received them just fine until I went in to my email preferences and found the Faithlife Connect option UNCHECKED (https://community.logos.com/forums/p/171439/990632.aspx#990632). Naturally, I checked it. Since then I do not get monthly Connect emails. A few months after not receiving emails. I went in and hit the Reset to remove all of them, then went down the list and rechecked everything. Still no monthly Connect emails and none of the special emails that went out. Maybe if I uncheck the option to receive Connect emails, I'll start getting them again? [:S] But I don't think I'll try that just yet. I want a correct solution.
Support may be an option... eventually, but that won't help the other users who are not getting their emails so I may try being a nuisance a while first. [6][:D]
Hi Jake:I am receiving multiple other types of email from Logos and Faithlife and Verbum but not these.
I have Faithlife Connect selected in my email preferences, but haven't received anything. Looked in my email folders, including junk, went back for days. Nothing. Just fwiw.
EDIT... But did try the code at my Faithlife Connect page and was able to select three Classic books for free. Thanks FL.
Update on the email issue: We're going to manually add each of you that have posted to this list again so that you receive it in April. Thanks for letting us know.
Please add me too. I'm experiencing the same problem and a mail to Customer Service remains unanswered to date with regard to ceased mails from Faithlife/Logos..
Thanks, Jake & Giovanni. I am still worried that others who haven't seen will continue missing their emails. Will the email preferences be fixed to allow users to resubscribe to these emails?
