Download Bug
Hi,
I bought a new phone yesterday, it’s running Android Pie.
Logos app installed and I have downloaded a lot of resources on to it. However, there are a number of resources that just won’t download. These are not freebies but have been bought by me. In a few instances they are odd volumes in a multi-volume set.
Anybody else having this problem, or any suggestions?

Can you see them in your library on the app and they won't download to the device or do you not see them at all?
Can you give a few examples of resources that are behaving in this way?

Hi Graham I can see them in the library index but when I select download they give up trying after about 15 sec onds.
Examples:
The index shows 13 books but only six load. The following don’t - John Knox, Luther, Martin Luther King Jr., Aquinas, Barth, Calvin, Heretics.
The Works of Robert Traill, Volumes 1 & 2 have loaded, Volumes 3 and 4 won’t load.
just a couple of examples. They are all successfully loaded on main computer and iPad.

I get the same results.
Hopefully someone from Faithlife will be able to comment on this

This is not a solution but I have often found the Library download fails but opening the resource and downloading via Book Info succeeds.
Open the specific resource, then view Book Info via the 3-dots menu and press the Download button there.

I just tried this for volume 4 of Traill and the download still fails

The Works of Robert Traill, Volumes 1 & 2 have loaded, Volumes 3 and 4 won’t load.
I've just received notification that all four volumes have now downloaded.
I don't know if there was any change in the app or the backend servers to make this happen!

That’s great, the Robert Traill volumes have now downloaded for me as well. Also most of the Armchair Theology set has, just two now left that won’t download.
