Is there a print version of this resource?
If not since we own it can I download it and take it to a printer and have one printed and bound?

It states that they are working on a printed version, but

says that they have decided against producing the printed version.
The FAQ in the first link gives permission to print and distribute without charge.
Thanks Randy- I guess that would include having a professional do it, as long as the copyright and permission page is included and no cost to those to whom it is given.
