I received the email for the Logos birthday gift certificate and entered it ---
The website accepts it, but no discount is applied.
I'm assuming that since I received the email, it should work for me.
I'm still waiting to receive mine for this month as I have in my past for my July birthday. Do they send them out all at once or in batches?

Anyway, the store applied the discount, so there should be no problem with using it now.
Still not working for me. I guess I'll wait a day or so and call customer service if it doesn't eventually work.

Maybe your FL profiles are not 100% complete? In my profile, my "location" disappeared on the day of the website update. I added it back in, and the next day it was again disappeared. I added it back in, and it hasn't disappeared again.
If I remember right, the FL profile needs to be 100% complete for the code to work.

I personally resolved the issue in chat, but maybe give the above solution a try.
