Feature Request: Reuse Items

Has anyone considered the idea of having an option to keep the Reuse Item screen open and adding selected items until the window is manually closed? Although being able to select multiple items would be nice, I can see where that might be very difficult. I could live with selecting and inserting one item at a time, by either double-clicking, or right-clicking and staying in the window to select the next item. A single click could still work the same as now; insert the item and close the window.

Hello Brendon,
Thank you very much for the suggestion! This seems like an excellent quality of life idea, this could be something that could definitely be implemented in the future.
For any future suggestions I would highly suggest posting them here: https://proclaim.uservoice.com/

Thanks, I will do that. Should I add this idea?

I've noticed a marked decrease in the number of postings on this forum, so I thought I would bring this up again. Two years of "the future" has elapsed since it was posted and I still am forced to toggle back and forth every week adding items one at a time. I did post it on Uservoice and I must admit that it has received only a paltry 11 votes, meaning that only myself and 10 other people in the known universe consider this a worthwhile suggestion. However, as in Field of Dreams, if you build it, they will come and love it.
For anyone who wants to add their vote:
Thanks

That's a great suggestion!
This forum does get a lot less traction, our Faithlife page tends to be a bit more popular for Proclaim at least

After using both side-by-side for over a month, I still prefer this format. Perhaps it's because I'm a lot older than the Internet. This format lets me see at a glance any entry that has been updated since I last viewed it and doesn't require me to wade through several pages to see if anything's changed or page through entries I have no interest in.

Good timing Brendon, we are actually working on some improvements to the reuse items window right now! So look forward to those in the near future.

This is not my experience. Out of interest I have tried to keep up with both platforms and like Brendon I find this format (with all its faults) far more user friendly than the Groups.
Problems with the groups that really jar are...
Inability to place graphics in the flow of text.
Interspersion of posts with unrelated content.
Banal and Trite affirmation line which just makes me cringe every time I abuse it.

Hello Brendon, we shipped update 2.11.0.0057 today. This update brings with it multiselect in reuse items!
Right now, it will look and behave as normal, however, if you hold control or command you can multiselect items. You can even then change the search or filter type and continue queuing up items to add all at once.
Let us know what you think!

I couldn't check this out right away, I had to take a moment to rub down the goosebumps, but I wasn't disappointed. It couldn't be better if I wrote the code myself.
Thanks to all you guys and what you do.
I will use this virtually every day.
