Is there any word on the upcoming production or availability of BAGD in Logos?

It's out of print and unavailable in Logos. We probably will not see it made available despite popular support. FL's recent development of functionality that allows double-clicking on Greek headwords and linking to your topmost prioritized Greek lexicon which allows you to prioritize BDAG (which you have referenced) making the older BAGD references less important.
Personally, I would still welcome the older BAGD for comparison purposes. But, as I have said the recent developments make this less likely.

No at one point there was talk of Getting BAGD, not BDAG- because so many resources reference the BAGD version-

No. But, I admit that my not having heard from FL does not necessarily mean that the matter has been closed. Please see my comment in this thread
