I managed to purchase it on my daughter's account after removing her shipping address from the account.
It doesn't work for my account though, probably because I have a credit card associated with it, and she does not.
If someone finds out how to remove the credit card too, please share.
Found it! The "remove" button is just hidden. If you unhide it in the browser's developer mode, the credit card can be removed, and it's possible to get the free book!!! [H]
If you have open PrePubs or CP, don't forget to add your card back.

Can you also delete your payment card to order?
Once the card is deleted, you can only order the free book. The discounted ones still don't work. I'm thankful for the free one though.

Unfortunately because I have ordered pre-pubs, the system won't let me delete the credit card. Thankfully I do have the free book as I bought it from one of Faithlife's Bible software competitors who will sell me eBooks from HarperCollins and IVP.

Actually, it's possible. That's why I posted the screenshot. If you enter your browser's developer mode (usually press F12), and find the hidden button, you can unhide it and remove the card. (Don't forget to add it back and link to your pre pubs and subscriptions once the free book purchase is done.)

Thanks Jan. I'll try that. I tend to do everything on my Android tablet. So I'll fire up my laptop and give it a go. Never used developer mode before.......
I tried putting all three of the John Stott book's in my cart and I was able to buy this one
Strangely it does still appear to be IVP USA so not sure why it's possible to buy this one.
