Installation of base package stalls on new Macbook Pro
I have tried everything I know to download Logos onto my new MacBook. Nothing has worked. It will start downloading and then stall every time. Sometimes it downloads a lot, sometimes. not hardly any but it always stalls before completion. I don't get a notice of failure--it just stops. Any ideas? I've rebooted, I've checked the firewall, I've deleted all other downloads, I've updated my computer software--nothing works! I don't have an ethernet port or I would try that.

Is it downloading the APP, or is that already downloaded and you are downloading the resources? If the later, have you tried the "scan" method?

Are you running 10.14.6, or another version? Have you tried restarting your Mac? How much free space do you have? Have you tried a different internet connection? Which link are you using to download?

It's a brand new MacBook Pro so plenty of space. Yes, have restarted it many times with no luck

Sorry. I'm doing about 5 things at once. It is a 10.14.6. And yes I have the same setting KS4J pointed out. I don't have another internet connection here at home. I am going to try downloading it at my office in a bit. I am using the Logos 8 download. I have tried downloading directly from Logos and just in case, I "purchased" another Logos 8 base package and had no luck downloading it either.
