When I acquired a book/resource?
Good morning?
On Sunday, I purchased Origen: The Song of Songs, Commentary and Homilies. It does not show up in my updated resources list when I open Verbum. Yet, when I go to my library it is present. Did I already own it?
Is there a way to find when I acquired a book or resource?
Thanks,
Kevin

If you did already own it the system shouldn't have enabled you to purchase it again so that would be concerning.

If you purchased it as a single item you should be able to find it by searching your order history - https://verbum.com/account/orders
But if you bought it within a larger package that approach won't work.

I have not been on the verbum site but on the logos site you can't search your history unless you know a way? Do tell.

In all likelihood, you purchased it but have not downloaded it.
You can check this easily by looking at the Info panel for the resource in your Library view.

I use the ability to search the current page in an Internet browser - so not a function of the site itself

It is possible you had it as a temporary resource previously and so the file was already downloaded and hence does not show as an updated resource.

Thanks....I thought they automatically downloaded so when I went to check, I see it downloaded on my desktop and mobile device, but not on my laptop which I use most of the time. When I look at it in my library it is just spinning. I've stopped it and tried to download and it just spins. I've closed the program and restarted it and still just spins.,,,only on the laptop.SineNomine said:In all likelihood, you purchased it but have not downloaded it.
