I think the question or issue is:
For Chinese resources, highlights do not show or sync in a parallel pane (although possible for English).
Maybe someone from FL or with Chinese resources can see if this is a bug?

Thank you for reporting this issue. It appears there is a bug on the highlighting tool. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I later found out that if you click the Parallel viewing button again to close and reopen it, you should be able to do the highlighting on the Bible you previously cannot highlight. Please see attached screenshot for instruction. Thank you.
