No audio recording in Proclaim, works in Audacity
Regularly we have no audio levels when recording in proclaim, but when quitting proclaim and checking in audacity, we do have levels. A restart of the computer usually brings it back but not always. Sometimes there are levels in proclaim before going On-Air when checking in settings but then no levels record during the sermon time. We are on a new MacMini with a USB audio recording interface and running Mojave and the latest version of Proclaim. Thanks for any tips we should try!

Can you send me log files from Proclaim by selecting Help > Save Log Files and email me that folder to support@faithlife.com?
Also, can you share with us what soundboard and audio interface you are using?

I have emailed the logs. I believe it is a Mackie 1604 VLZ or something similar. The audio interface is some generic mini to USB one from amazon.com. I'll have to look at it closer to see if there's any manufacturer listed.
