Logos free engine download plus some resources?
I believe the L8 is a free download engine. Any idea what resources come free with that? I'm thinking of telling a pastor buddy of mine about it.

For a fairly modest investment, L8 Fundamentals includes considerably more resources than L8 Basic. Fundamentals is here: https://www.logos.com/product/166518/logos-8-fundamentals

Yes, Milkman, L8 Basic is free. The resource licenses are considered "temporary" unlike the "permanent" licenses that come with paid packages, and the feature set is limited, but it's a great introduction to Logos for no cost. He can then get tips on picking up additional free resources from this thread: https://community.logos.com/forums/p/185131/1067611.aspx#1067611

+1 [Y] concur with Logos 8 Fundamentals having more resources than Basic, which includes 14 datasets: e.g. Biblical Referents Dataset
Web app on left has free Basic so Search for <Person Jesus> has fuzzy results with no Bible results. Faithlife account on the right has Logos 8 Fundamentals so searching <Person Jesus> finds Bible verses. Both of these Faithlife accounts have an order total of $ 0.00
