Proclaim Team Synchronizing Problems

I am working with another individual with Proclaim on an upcoming presentation.  On my computer, I have added several pictures for slides in the pre-service loop; however, when the other person opens the presentation, some of the slides are white (not showing the picture).  We have ensured we clicked the synchronization button in the upper right corner. He has also tried going to a different presentation, then back to the current, but nothing is helping.  I have also ensured that pictures were shared with the group when I added them to the slides.  Any ideas?  I am attaching a screen shot to show the problem.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Blessings & Shalom!

Rick

One thing is to be sure the upload of the file from the other person's computer has completed. There is a progress indicator in the lower left of Proclaim while it uploads the file.

We also identified a rare case when two people are editing the same items, one person adding an image and another person making a different edit. The uploaded image may appear white on the 2nd person's machine. You may be hitting this - but it is pretty rare.

If you are getting this a temporary workaround is to add the images to the media browser (there is an upload/import files button) and then add them to your service items from there. In any case you will need to wait for the file to be fully uploaded before closing down Proclaim otherwise it won't show up on anyone else's machine.

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be the issue.  First, we are not seeing the Uploading Content section.  We then left Proclaim running for several hours, but the slides never uploaded with the graphics.  I am operating from a Mac laptop, whereas, my friend is working from a PC laptop.

Hi, any resolution to this?  We're experiencing the same problem nearly 4 years later.

I don't remember what the fix was for this issue; however, we no longer experience this problem.

    Hi Compass Creative Arts,

Whenever you upload an item into Proclaim, on the import screen in the lower left there will be checkbox for

    "Use on this computer only"

If that is selected on the import, when you open the presentation from another computer it will present as a white screen as our servers never received that file.  Double-check that option isn't selected when importing an item.
