BUG: Clicking a User Note Icon Doesn't Open Pop-up

Before, when I clicked on a user note, it would open a note pop-up with the ability to "edit note." Now, it doesn't do anything when I click on the note icon.

Thanks for the report, this affects Android only. We should be shipping a new beta tomorrow that will fix this issue.
