I know logos already has the ESV bible, but would they be getting the ESV-CE (Catholic edition of the ESV) anytime soon? That would be a welcome addition!
Based upon this information from http://catholicbiblestudent.com/2019/12/esv-catholic-edition-bible-now-available-in-the-united-states.html , since ESVCE contains emendations. It will be confusing (in my opinion) to build a Reverse-Interlinear on the ESVCE that will be different than the current ESV.
I'm assuming (My assumptions may be wrong) that the generous licensing that is granted by Crossway may not be extended to this partnership with the Bishops of India.
Perhaps by marketing this as "The Augustine Bible", the confusion can be avoided.
We reached out to Crossway last year and didn't get very far with them. We'll need to reach out to them again and see what the situation is with the Augustine Institute.
The translation of the New Testament in the RSVCE differs at times from that of the RSV, and that doesn't seem to have caused any insurmountable difficulties. [:)]
Another call for the ESV-CE. Here in England it's supposed to be the basis of the Lectionary from Advent this year (2020), so it would be a very useful resource.
