Digital Signage Firestick App kicks out randomly

Our church has several TVs setup using the Fire TV Stick 4k and Digital Signage app. I have two TVs that are setup to stay on all day as they display a map of the church and locations for our events that are connected to the church calendar. Everything works great except for one little hiccup. The app kicks out randomly back to the home page of the Fire TV Stick. There doesn't seem to be a consistent timing that we can figure out and are struggling to problem shoot what may be the issue. Sometimes it lasts almost all day and then other times it kicks out after 10-30 minutes. Is there anyone else who has run into this issue and found a solution?

Sorry for the issue you are running into. Any chance you can let us know what sign feed you are running that kicks you out randomly to the home page of your Fire Stick?
I see a few on your presentation team. My guess, would it be the Venue sign feed with 77 slides?

The feed we are having issues with is the "Office Hallway". The Venue sign feed usually doesn't run longer than 2.5 hours at a time so I haven't seen that one kick out. The office hallway feed runs continuously.

Thanks for the update. We'll have someone on our team pull in that sign feed on our testing machine and see what results we get.

We are having the exact same problem every week on our digital signage. At some point every Sunday during the service in live mode they kick out. On top of that there is a huge lag between slide changes (5+ seconds) which makes them very hard to follow.

Has this issue been resolved? We have 6 Firestick 4k, an older model of Firestick and a Firestick Light. The firestick light works flawlessly. On the other firesticks, the app randomly stops. Cannot determine a time frame. Maybe an hour or more.

More often than not, by the end of the day, our sign feed has blanked out. I always need to go back to the home screen for the Firestick and relaunch the digital signage app. I'd love a fix.

After running the digital signage and and website on a Firestick (4K & Lite versions), I have determined it is a hardware issue with the Firesticks. Probably has to do with the poor quality of the build (we get what we pay for) and the off-book use; I do not think the Firestick was ever intended to run digital signage.
Our solution was as follows... When we bought out initial TVs (TCL/Roku) the idea was to run from the browser. However, Roku browser is VERY limited and severely locked-down to know media sites only. So, we tried the firesticks. When we bought the additional TVs, we bought LG smart TVs. The LG TVs have a built in web browser that is perfect for running Faithlife Digital Signage. It works perfectly, with on exception... It has to be reset once a week, due to the browser/tv running out of memory. This solved the problem on 5 of the 7 signs we have. The other 2 needed something else. We purchased 2 window 10 micro computers (4 Gb ram/32 Gb of storage/Wifi/HDMI port). These are working great.
