Bug – Background Audio glitch.

Today we had a track to be played before the service and another after it. The track was attached as audio to a slide.

On both occasions the track did not start first time. In order to get the music to play I had to move off the slide with the audio, back to the one before and move on a second time.

On both occasions the previous slide had been on display for quite a few minutes.

If the developers are having a look it is a presentation with a name starting 200219.

Hi Mike, I'm sorry we missed your post.

I pulled down your presentation and couldn't reproduce this. Can you please submit your log files from the presenting computer? We'll have a look for what happened.

    Hi Brandon

Thanks for getting back to me.

If I open Proclaim and go to that presentation and 'Save Log Files' will that save the log files for that particular presentation or should I try and run the presentation again on the church system and see if I can recreate the problem and then submit the logs?
