My Logos is not syncing

Was wondering if someone could help me out.

I am running Logos 8, version 8.12.0.0017 for Mac.
I am running in on a late 2012 iMac with macOS Catalina v. 10.15.4 installed.

For about a week now, my Logos has not been able to sync. I receive no error messages. The only way I know it is not syncing is that the red exclamation mark keeps appearing on top of the sync icon button.

There is nothing I can think of that I am doing differently. Nor is there anything I can identify as provoking this behavior. And it does it all the time.
