My Logos is not syncing
Was wondering if someone could help me out.
I am running Logos 8, version 8.12.0.0017 for Mac.
I am running in on a late 2012 iMac with macOS Catalina v. 10.15.4 installed.
For about a week now, my Logos has not been able to sync. I receive no error messages. The only way I know it is not syncing is that the red exclamation mark keeps appearing on top of the sync icon button.

There is nothing I can think of that I am doing differently. Nor is there anything I can identify as provoking this behavior. And it does it all the time.

Your Workflows are not syncing, so I suggest you rename the folder
/Users/gregorywaddell/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/abvk29f8.sag/Workflows
and restart Logos e.g.rename it Workflows-2

Did that. But the problem remains.

Perhaps a recent change is responsible. Try to undo some recent changes on a Workflow (or delete the most recent Custom or Started Workflow after writing down its details).

I did recently try a sermon prep workflow. Didn't like it and reverted back to the system I am have honed over 40 years of preaching.
I went in to try and find that workflow and I don't know where to look. When I click the Workflow tool, it pulls up a new workflow. And evidently that stays in the stystem because now I'm on "Untitled Workflow (3)."
Where do I find these workflows and how can I delete them?

Deleted all custom workflows. Problem continues.

There is a download Workflow error, and I think you should contact Customer Support for further diagnosis. You should point them to this post with its logs.
