The cover does make it look the same. The chargeable volume states:
A companion to the first volume, this book continues the spiritual growth of the reader who makes it part of his daily worship. None of the selections here is repeated from volume one. Most of them have been gleaned from Tozer’s taped sermons and editorials. Much of the material consists of concerns for spiritual progress and believer’s readiness and preparation to meet his Lord and King. The book also includes a subject index and a scripture index. This resource was previously titled Renewed Day by Day, Volume Two.

I already had the Logos edition. They're the same...same ISBN number, copyright years. The pages I compared were the same.

Good find! They surely look very much alike. The front matter claims to be the same book, with an ISBN 978-1-60066-794-7, and the actual Tozer content seems to be identical (formatting excepted) - however, the editor's preface is slightly different and today's eBook has added prayers for every day.
The Logos edition (on the right) is a type:"Calendar Devotional", the eBook of course only a monograph.
