Flow up on reported bug in 8.13.000062 - missing reading prompts

I reported this through the app, but wanted to follow up to see if it's just me, or confirmed.

All of my daily reading prompts (Start here / Done) are missing since the latest build was pushed out.

I'm tempted to remove and reinstall the app to see if that fixes things, but hate going through all the reconfiguration and redownloads.

Any suggestions?

    I think I may have figured out the issue. The recent update appears to be coincidental, not causal.

    I recently started testing an iPad on which I've installed Verbum. On the iPad, there is an option to turn the Reading Plans on or off in the View Settings. There is not a similar option on the Android version that I can find.

    On the iPad, I've had a bit of issue with the Reading Plans setting not sticking very well -- but that could be a user error. However, that setting appears to get communicated to the Android device, and the Reading Plans prompts disappear with no apparent way to turn them back on.

    So... I think I've got it figured out, unless I'm jumping to conclusions.

    Sorry I didn't see your original post or respond to it.

    Well done for tracking this down and for working it out.

    I wasn't aware that the Reading Plan setting synced across devices in the way you describe but checked it and confirmed it to be the case - I will admit I find it somewhat strange behaviour as I might want one setting on one device and a different setting on another.

    But it looks as though that is how it worked.
