Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Mike, have you also posted this on the FL Proclaim group page? The Proclaim team responds there a LOT faster, especially on Saturdays (which is when you posted this), where they are monitoring the page for churches that are experiencing issues preparing for Sundays.

I would hope that those of us who prefer this format are not being relegated to second class service.

Well, that's one way of looking at it, I guess. But I wouldn't think that FL's primary method of support for a particular product is a determinant for anyone's class as a FL customer. Sometimes things are just what they are, and nothing more.

They'll be along here, eventually, if one decides to fall on the sword of the forum medium. Of, you can navigate over to https://faithlife.com/proclaim/activity get your issue resolved, and move on. It's certainly your choice. But neither choice makes one any less of a valued customer, IMHO.

Hello, Mike, Myke and Brendon --
These Forums are watched along with the Faithlife.com for all questions and concerns.  We apologize if it has appeared to be otherwise.

Mike -- I get the same results in searching for a Pentecost countdown. I will have to check  with our Media Team for their insights.

I don't have any complaints and am a strong supporter of the team, but I do prefer this format, and don't think I should have to post the same question on two forums in order to get the quickest response. I retired after 35 years as a mainframe computer programmer, so I have first hand knowledge about what's like to support a community this size and I have always been impressed by this team's response.

Back to the original question (and sorry for the delay), you would accomplish that by typing both words in the search bar. Like "Pentecost Countdown". When I do so, I only get one result back from the 'Tongues of Fire' series. So looks like we only have one countdown that is specifically themed for Pentecost

Well that is reasonable, after all, it only happened once.

Underlying my question was the expectation that I could get the search to narrow the field incrementally.

    media> search x pentecost x countdown

This type of facility is quite common and would make using the media browser an order of magnitude more productive.

    Back to the original question

I apologize to all for the diversion.
