BUG: The Same Love Enhanced eBook (Paul Baloche) multimedia content not working

Not really complaining at $0.99 (and the album is on Spotify), but I can't get any of the multimedia content working (4 videos and 11 songs advertised as included).

I've tried Logos desktop PC and Mac, Logos iPad, web app, and FLEB iPhone app. Same error on all - a line of text below each graphic placeholder saying  "This device does not support the required audio or video format. There is then a link to the US iTunes store below that which also doesn't work here in the UK.

No separate audio or video resource visible on any platform.

Grateful for any advice, I am still fairly new to this so may have missed something.

Thanks

Same here. I think the advertising text (which is in bold!) comes from the publisher - it's the same on other eBook platforms. I'm pretty certain that Faithlife's automated eBook production service was not tested for inclusion of embedded multimedia content - if it ever was part of the source file at all (those sources are ePubs and I don't know if they are able to embed such content - the Amazon kindle version of it is able to do so, but Amazon says such content will only play on Kindle Fire and on Apple devices, seems to be a poor design choice). If the multimedia content was delivered, I think FL should make an effort to provide it - but I wouldn't hold my breath. Usually they retract such books and offer a refund.

Maybe the iTunes links can be made working (on apple devices? from US? for logged-in users?) as they seem to be pretty forward - but maybe apple reorganized the iTunes store sometime in the last years and that's the reason they fail - I can search for the album and play songs, at least.

Good to know. I already own the non-enhanced edition, and was thinking about investing those $0.99 to get access to the media too. But other that the (non-existing) media, there doesn't seem to be any benefit to the "enhanced" edition, right?

Jan, I don't own the other version but from the contents on the resource page I think you are exactly right. The "enhanced" version [^o)] just adds the media as a second contents list and interspersed with the text.

Right. Just found I own the other version as well (seems it was free at one time) Other that the error messages like "This device does not support the required audio or video format. The Same Love (04:48)" and the non-working iTunes link the text is 100% the same.
