Faithlife Proclaim

Hello!

I've been using proclaim for a couple months now and just over the past two Sunday's we've encountered a problem. When the mouse is moved the slides advance backward. This is a problem as we need to click on and off the page to run our livestream. Has this happened to anyone else or know of a fix?

It means that you have not gotten an answer ... so once a week I bump unanswered posts to the top of the forum for visibility in hopes they will be answered.

Would you happen to know if there are any Windows updates pending for your computer? Update 1909 may not yet be on your computer. It's presence may be quite useful for getting the Navigation function correct.
