Read Aloud doesn't work for Chinese resource

I use English version of Logos on Windows 10 (English). I mostly read English books in Logos and I often use the "Read Aloud" feature to reduce eye strain.

Today I tried to use "Read Aloud" in the above setup to read a Chinese book 千古懸疑：預定論PK自由意志論？（繁體）The Read Aloud function only reads the few English words aloud.

I tried going to the Control Panel to change the default system voice to a Chinese voice. Logos will still not read the Chinese text aloud.

Is there a way to fix this (other than switching to Chinese Windows or Chinese Logos)?

Forgive me if this is an obvious issue and you've already tried it, but did you restart Logos after changing the voice in Win 10? I have found that to be necessary.
