I know it is the same email address, so they must still be importing my licenses.
I guess I need to wait for the Lord, be strong and take heart.
And continue sermon prep with my Wordsearch app for now.
Your licenses are imported and ready to use now.
Status of your Wordsearch Library
We've created a page that shows the progress of your personal Wordsearch library being migrated to Logos: https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration
- Available means that the resource has been unlocked to your account and should download to Logos 8. It does not mean that a product page exists on logos.com for Logos users to buy this book yet. It does not mean that this is the final version of the resource; we're upgrading the edition of many of these resources from Ebook to Logos Reader or Logos Research: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/193938.aspx
- In Progress means that a Logos Resource ID has been identified or created and aligned with the Wordsearch title, but no file is available yet. It may still be on Community Pricing or Pre-Pub (but you will get it for free when it's available).
- Not Started means that that alignment hasn't happened yet, but we have a record of your ownership.
As of Sep 21, not all licenses have been loaded into our system yet, so some of your Wordsearch titles may be missing from the list. For now, please be patient, wait a day or two, and check back. We'll update this post when we believe that everyone's licenses are loaded into our system.
Some Book IDs may show up as "Unknown" in the list. This means that we're still updating our resource system with information from Wordsearch's system; those should be replaced by real titles in the near future.
Finally, we also have a list of all known Wordsearch titles (not filtered by your ownership) if you would like to see the status of any particular book: https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/catalog
Comments
The only thing that I've noticed that is missing so far is the Message translation of the Bible.
Is that one still in progress?
Regarding The Message, please see this post: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/193950.aspx
We know that's an important title for a lot of people, so that's high on our list to address (once we get all the licenses imported).
Bradley,
I am having a similar issue of resources that show up as available, but when you click on the link to open them they say I don't have a license for them. Here's one for example:
0:666 | Acts—The Church Afire | Preaching the Word | Available | Logos Research |
When I go to logos library they don't show up there either, and online it says I don't own them... but on that list it says it's available.
Is there something I'm missing?
Thank you for all the work you're putting into this
Bill

Are you seeing this link at https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/library-migration (your personal migration page), or at https://www.logos.com/wordsearch/catalog (which is the entire catalogue, and not necessarily owned by you)?

Thank you, Charlie! Well said!! I am a 65 year old pastor, who has been using digital Bible software since the early 90s. I began with Quickverse and Wordsearch and others back when they were STEP compatible, and with Logos 1.6. I've seen the evolution of Bible software almost from the beginning. It is a wonderful Godsend. Ironically, I would have preferred to stay with Logos if I hadn't sunk so much money into the others, which eventually merged, and now merged again. Even though Wordsearch was an excellent program and they treated me well, I am glad that Lifeway sold out to Faithlife. And I'm thrilled with the way that Faithlife has accepted us and has bent over backwards to accommodate us and to transfer all of our Wordsearch resources. Patience, my fellow Wordsearchers.
Grace and Peace,
Warren

What a great post, Charlie!! I don't know you, but you sure sound like a follower of King Jesus.
God bless you for the clarity of your post and the encouragement to everyone. Hopefully, many will take the time to read your post and profit by your wisdom.

Hello, I have yet to see my tiny little WORDsearch library appear in my Logos account.
Thank you.
How many books? Which ones? Did you purchase them directly from Wordsearch? Have you backed them up to the cloud?
This article, "9 Reasons You Might Not See Your Books Yet—and What to Do About It," might help.
Hello, I have yet to see my tiny little WORDsearch library appear in my Logos account.
There isn't a Wordsearch account with the same email address as your Faithlife account, so no licenses were imported automatically.
I did a quick search of the WS customer database, but couldn't find an account for you. If you can remember the email address you used for Wordsearch, you can contact Faithlife Customer Service and ask for your accounts to be merged.
Bradley,
Hate to bother you. Have noticed that the migration of my WORDsearch books has really slowed down.
I still have a lot of books were the LOGOS page says either "In Progress" or "Not Started" Most of my good
books have migrated. But a few that I use a lot have not. Namely, the "BE Series" by Warren Wiersbe
and "Treasures" by Rod Mattoon. Haven't seen much of anything happening since Thursday or Friday.
Jusst wondered if the LOGOS migration took the weekend off (Just kidding...) [:D]

The Be Series is discussed here: https://community.logos.com/forums/t/193950.aspx
Regarding all the other books, we have thousands of titles to convert, and have set a goal of having them done by the end of the year.
Bradley,
Got up this morning and realized that the little round "blue" button at the top right of my LOGOS screen has disappeared. That's the one to the left of the synchonization button. As I recall, that is the one that tells you "Preparing Library" and "xxx resources updated" or "xx data sets updated"
I can no longer click on the little blue button to see what resources have updated or migrated over from WORDSearch
I restarted LOGOS twice and that button is still not there. Not even sure if the synchronization button is working.
Does this mean that something is wrong with my LOGOS? Do I need to reinstall it? Or, is this normal for the button
to disappear and return? Does this mean that my Books/Volumes from WORDSearch are no longer migrating?
Mark

Are you sure that you have internet connection?
Blessings in Christ.
Or, is this normal for the button to disappear and return?
When we click that button, it shows a range of things - that the library is indexing, resources have been updated, datasets have been updated. We have the option of deleting each area within that dropdown individually - I tend to do that when I have noted the changes. Once all of these indications have been deleted, the button disappears until the next time a resource / dataset is updated.
Does this mean that something is wrong with my LOGOS? Do I need to reinstall it?
Not at all. And, in general, there are very few situations where reinstalling Logos is required. I wouldn't advise doing so unless it has been explicitly recommended as part of a trouble-shooting process.
Does this mean that my Books/Volumes from WORDSearch are no longer migrating?
It does mean that since the last time all of the areas in that dropdown menu were cleared, no further resources or datasets have been added or updated. It does not mean that the backend process of migration is no longer happening (I have no insight into that) and, if the migration is still happening that button should reappear again when more resources are downloaded.
Graham,
Thanks to you and the other users I know understand.
It's just that since I upgraded to LOGOS from WORDSearch
I have been used to seeing that Blue button everytime I was using LOGOS 8.
I thought that Button was supposed to be there.
Thanks again.
Question: If that button disappears, what is the best way to see
what resources have been added? I still have a lot of books that
haven't migrated over from WORDSearch.
Mark
Hi Mark
Question: If that button disappears, what is the best way to see what resources have been added? I still have a lot of books that haven't migrated over from WORDSearch.
If you open the Library window and scroll down to the bottom of the filter pane on the left you will see options to only show resources that have been added / updated in the last 1 / 7 / 30 days
Hopefully that will give you what you are looking for.
Wish there was a feature in settings that would allow you to leave the button turned on.
There isn't an option in settings but it should stay visible until you have explicitly deleted all the things it has been advising you about (the exception is messages about preparing library, indexing, etc). Are you not seeing that?
Yes, it will re-appear. it will also appear if any Logos resources you own get updated. When the Word Search resources have been tagged and updated from ebook to Logos Research editions, you will also see the blue button. It will also show up if it is Preparing Library, indexing, if there are updates that need to be installed or downloaded, etc,
Hope this helps, Carla
Does it mean that the books I have in WORDsearch, which havent been converted. When they are finally converted and updated in my LOGOS, the the little blue button will appear again once they migrate?
The purpose of that particular notification is to show any books that have been downloaded (either because they are new or there has been an updated) in the last week.

Is it possible to know whether they are from Logos updated or Wordsearch merged?
You can use the facets in your Library panel to view when resource were first added to your local installation, which would different results from the facet for when the resource was updated.

Could you elaborate it Andrew? What? How? and Where are the Facets?
Blessings in Christ.

Make sure the left side panel in the Library is open (if not, click the button with the three horizontal lines in the upper left corner of the panel to toggle it open and closed). Use the options under "Added" and "Last Updated" to filter your library to view resources added or updated within the specified date range.

Yes , but for example there were books which were updated today, but I couldn't see from which they are.
Blessings in Christ.

You can't. Faithlife will update books, but I think Bradley or someone said they didn't ship book updates these days. But go for added rather than updated, so you'll get only those that are new. Unless you buy something or a PrePub ships (which you can verify by checking the order history - and those haven't stopped), the remainder of books added should be from Wordsearch. It seems some users use the mytag:wordsearch tagging for those.
Have joy in the Lord!
Yes , but for example there were books which were updated today, but I couldn't see from which they are.Does this help?
Thank you Mike. My problem is from where the update comes are they from wordsearch or from Logos? from where do these resources come? I am interested to be able to identify the resources which come from wordsearch.
Blessings in Christ.

If you didn't buy them for Logos, they're from Wordsearch. If you tag them now while it's probably still obvious which is which, you'll have the tags forever.

Tess,
Using the Library pane facets of ADDED and Last Updates is about the only way to do this,
It was said elsewhere in the forum that Faithlife/LOGOS was not going to tag the resources as to source. You have to do that with personal tags.
It was also stated in the forums that Faithlife were not going to ship ANY updates at the start of the WordSearch importing process so we users could know where the resource came from.
Right now is is a safe bet that any ADDED resources (if you have not actually purchased any books) will be from WordSearch. Remember ADDED means NEW books in LOGOS.
So what you need to do is open your library, and find the ADDED Last 14 -or- Last 30 days. If you have not Purchased any books in that time frame then you should be able to tag all of these as WordSearch. Then as the remaining books from WordSearch come in piece-mill just look in the library using the ADDED filter and tag those new books as WordSearch also.
This will be the only way that I am aware of you can do this.
It was also stated in the forums that Faithlife were not going to ship ANY updates at the start of the WordSearch importing process so we users could know where the resource came from.
I don't think this was promised anywhere.
I remember writing something to the effect that "updates ship on Tuesday so any books that were added [on Friday] can't have been our regular updates".
