    Ok, When does it enter Pre-Pub.  I would start at $30 if leather hard copy goes for 60.

    One aspect of a possible reduced price is that it would likely not be bundled with the RSV2CE translation included in the hardcopy. And, were it to be so, it would get Dynamic Pricing.
