We need to push this into production: Enchiridion Patristicum by Rouët de Journel
Yes, I know Enchiridion Patristicum by Rouët de Journel isn't a household name that trips off every tongue. But I have been doing some cross-referencing of Denzinger/Jurgens/Willis/ et.al. to make them more useful in Verbum and have discovered that the lack of this resource is makes a serious hole in my work.
[quote]The Enchiridion Patristicum is a classic reference work in the field of patristic categorization and reference. First compiled in 1911, this work has gone through over 24 editions and Rouët de Journel’s numeric referencing system is still cited by modern patristic reference works, including John Willis’ Teachings of the Church Fathers and William Jurgens’ Faith of the Early Fathers. Arranged chronologically and thoroughly indexed according to subject, this work is necessary for any bibliography on early church history or any study on ancient ecclesiastical writings.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

Just placed my bid. Hopefully a few others can jump in.

Passed go! In development. Finally. Probably some fateful October night, as L9 was threatening its talons of hope. The bidding was oh so close, for oh so long.

I was one of the bidders... but I do hope this cracks a V9 base package library.
