Verbum 9 (Standard) unavailable in Australia
Hello, I am from Australia and have been a Logos/Verbum user for many years.
I hope it's a glitch, but I've noticed that Verbum 9 base packages are not available to Australian customers, and this includes the international version. For instance, see the following screenshot which was just taken:
This is a tad disappointing. If one wants to purchase the features upgrade that's okay, but not the whole base package. I am guessing certain book items in the whole base package may have restrictions for Australia form the publisher. So, I am not sure if this is an issue Faithlife can resolve quickly. However, if it can, it would be great. As I understand, there is currently some promotional discounts on upgrading to 9, including an "Extra $25 off for you as a recent purchaser! ($35.62 AUD)" which would be nice not to miss out on. [By the way, I know I am eligible for the extra $25 USD off as a recent purchaser as I tested it by adding the standard Logos to my cart as a test - and then removed it as I am interested in Verbum

It could be one resource that the Australian Council of Bishops did not sign off on. Their plan for dead tree publishing insured that all books were published locally. Then came ePublishing. Whoops. [[other publishing groups may do the same]]

Thanks for the recommendation of adding an Australian billing address. I have just followed through with that and the issue seems to have been resolved. I can add Verum 9 (international) to cart. Many thanks and God bless!0 -
