Issue with 2 Mobile Ed Courses for $99 on Verbum Website
Hello Donald,
I purchased an upgrade to Verbum 9 Platinum and was trying to look at getting 2 of the Mobile Ed courses offered for $99 and seem to be having an issue. Here are my steps:
1. go to the https://verbum.com/99-course website page.
2. "Redeem"-ed two courses.
3. go to my Shopping Cart (which shows "2" on the icon)
4. When my Shopping Cart opens there is only one course in it.
5. attempt to paste in the validation code - "invalid code" error returned.
Any thoughts?

When a product is dropped from the cart that normally means you already own it.
For invalid code - check for leading or trailing characters that display as a space.

Can you share which two courses you added to cart and which one dropped?

I added Mobile Ed HB101 first. Introduction to Biblical Hebrew.
Second: Mobile Ed GK101. Introduction to Biblical Greek.
The second one dropped off, Biblical Greek. Coupon code invalid.

I've solved the issue with GK101 not adding to cart. Working to resolve the coupon code issue. Sorry for this!
