maps

Can someone help me find help on maps?
I find it frustrating. For example, I am studying Jezreel. Start with Factbook. Useless. A lot of things happened there that Factbook seems unaware of.
Click on a map. Does not show Jezreel on the map. Type it in filter. Still doesn't show up.
It shouldn't be this complicated. Logos has been in business for decades. This should be real simple.
Why am I not getting it?

The problem is that Logos does not do well when similar things have the same name. My first guess is that you have the wrong Jezreel. Factbook has one entry for Valley of Jezreel (with several good maps for me), Jezreel (of Issachar) (bullseye), and one for Jezreel (of Judah) (which also has some maps but is not the place normally meant), and List of Places in the Region: Valley of Jezreel (which has no maps, but is surprisingly helpful). The only way to see all of these easily is to enter Jezreel in the factbook and then hit Shift+Enter. In the Atlas, This will open all of the search results and let you click through them.
Presuming you want the city Jezreel of Issachar, when I open the Factbook, I get several maps and an interesting article from the Lexham Bible Dictionary. If I click 'Search all media for "Jezreel of Issachar"' I get a huge number of maps, and 16 results in the Atlas. I am not sure what is going wrong for you, but please let me know what you are seeing.

I see this now, though I don't have time to explore all this. There are places, like in Hosea, where you're guessing whether it's the city or the valley.
The FB lists only 5 key passages for this. It missed the whole Jehu thing that Hosea referred to. The old Factbook had an option where you could make comments on how to improve it. I don't see that option here anymore.
Thank you for helping.

Happy to be of assistance. In Hosea 1:4, I think the issue is that Logos has this tagged as Jezreel simply tagged as Valley of Jezreel, without committing to a town. That is based on verse 5, I assume, and it does show up in key passages under Valley of Jezreel for me. The problem is that Logos is encouraging everyone to use the Factbook as a starting place but I do not know how many Bible students would think to check all of those places.
This thread includes several posts on improving these kind of problems. It is definitely not simple.
