Resource Highlighting
In my reading/studies I made a number of highlights in the CSB (preferred translation) and the Bible Knowledge Commentary using my Surface Pro 6. Highlights in the Biblical text synced to my Ipad Air 2 just fine (as normal) but the highlights in the Bible Knowledge Commentary DID NOT! I did make some highlights in the same resource (BKC) on my ipad air 2 and they DID sync over but none of the highlights made on the Surface Pro 6 made it. Not sure what the problem might be. I am using Logos 9.4 .Any help?

Please see my initial response in your other thread - https://community.logos.com/forums/p/199183/1156214.aspx#1156214
Sorry I replied there before I saw your new post.
If that doesn't address the issue we can explore further.

Graham, I am current on both ipad air 2 and my surface pro 6. I have restarted my ipad air 2 but still no highlights in my ipad. The text highlights are there but NO highlights for the resource (Bible Knowledge Commentary).

Graham, I dumped Logos 9.4 and installed from the app store (9.3) and all is working normally now. There may be something amiss with 9.4.

I think you are right!
I've just checked in the 9.4 beta and highlights only show if the resource is downloaded whereas in the stable 9.3 release they show whether the resource is downloaded or not.
It looks like that old bug has been reintroduced.
Hopefully someone from the Faithlife team will see this thread and respond.

Thank you Graham for your diligence in finding the problem. In all fairness however I thought I had it downloaded with 9.4 but I am far from being positive about that.

I'm not seeing this in 9.4.0 (0006), I can view highlights in a non-downloaded resource just fine. I can also make new highlights in that resource. If you are seeing this, it might be helpful for you to send logs, and specify which resources you are seeing this for.

Hi Todd
I saw this in the Bible Knowledge Commentary - as flagged by Bob
As you see I have a highlight (the resource is downloaded):
If I remove the resource, the highlight disappears
But I have tried in another resource and the highlights show fine even when not downloadedI have sent some logs through
