Failed to Get Thumbnails From Video - Create New Default Lyric Template

I'm trying to create a new Lyric Smart Media Template, I uploaded a looping video in MP4 HD format. But after I arrange things the way I like I get an error that says "failed to get thumbnails from the video". I can't upload anyway

    Hi, Kevin, sorry for the frustrating experience. Can you give us the name of the video you imported, and we can take a look and see whats up. Also, if you haven't already, can you reproduce the issue, and then go to Help > Submit logs?
