Logos will not open on my PC
I updated to Logos 8 in 2020 and have been enjoying using it. Last week I noticed that Logos 9 Basic was available and free, so I allowed the system to update to that. I've been using it for about a week now, and today Logos will not open on my PC. I am able to use the web version but the Logos app on my PC will not open. Can someone please suggest an answer to resolve this problem?

Sorry to hear you are having problems.
Please enable diagnostic logging and upload logos.log in a reply to this thread (use the paperclip icon) after trying to start Logos

Please see my signature line for links to logging. If you have difficulties with that, feel free to ask. Otherwise, your best option is to call Faithlife directly.

Graham, thanks for your reply. I don't know of any way that I can accomplish the enabling of diagnostic logging and uploading the logos.log. My app will not open at all; when I double-click to open I see a very minute "blip" on my monitor and it does nothing else.

Enabling logging happens outside of running the app. See my signature line.

JT and Graham, thank you for your assistance. I received an email from Customer Support with instructions to download Logos 9 again. I did another download and that solved my problem. Again, thanks for your help.
