Download issues on MacBook Air M1

I'm trying to download all my resources onto a MacBook Air M1. I've seen the support document and watched the video (https://support.logos.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025106492-Select-Which-Library-Resources-to-Download#h.3wpjs0qlkjfc).

Some resources are selected by the "Not Downloaded" filter, but don't have a download option. Somehow that seems to block the "click on the white space by a resource title and use Cmd+A" approach, or "click on the white space by a resource title and use a shift key to extend the selection" processes.

Even clicking the white space to the left of a resource title which DOES have a download option doesn't help.

This is a real mess, because I want to use the Psalms Explorer and I've been told I have to download all the resources  to be able to see it.

(A related issue is that perhaps the version for the Macbook is not the same as the version for my iMac, where this works just fine).
