Hi all,

I installed logos on a new computer, while downloading the resources it crashes to desktop, the logs (attached) show the following:

Error ID: 3722
Error detail: FormatException: The string 'bible+lxx2.40.1.1-41.16.25' has an invalid format

Same thing happens when trying to open Logos holding control. Straight after signing in it CTD again.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello folks!

Sorry you are experiencing this issue. There was a known issue with a file that is causing this crash, and can be easily fixed by deleting the file, and opening Logos. The instructions below should get you back up and running:

    Windows

    1. Quit Logos.
    2. Enter “Win+R” into the search box in the task bar.
    3. Type %localappdata% Into the Open box and press OK.
    4. Open Logos > Data > Random folder > ResourceManager > Resources.
    5. Delete CSGLXXDA.lbsclv.
    6. Restart Logos with logging enabled (1)

    macOS

    1. Quit Logos.
    2. Open Finder.
    3. Press CMD+Shift+G
    4. Type ~/Library/Application Support/Logos4
    5. Click Go.
    6. Open Data > Random folder > ResourceManager > Resources.
    7. Delete CSGLXXDA.lbsclv.
    8. Restart Logos with logging enabled (1)
